new workout
new workout started as of two weeks ago....30 minutes precor machine increased incline to 9 and running 10 minute mile then walking on incline about 11.0 at 3.7 miles/hr for 10-15 minutes total burn of 550-600 calories every other day...for weights inner and outer thigh also on squat machine...and for arms 10 lb resistance ball and 9 pound body bar for biceps

diet for flatter tummy
Need to cut out all soda and carbonated drinks...drinking green tea speeds up metabolism so maybe 1-2 cups a day...cutting out all white flour all foods processed in enriched white flour switching to all whole wheat and whole grain read packaging on multigrain products because some are made with enriched white flour...monounsaturated fats such as olives, almonds, avocados, dark chocolate, are good fats and should help in lowering tummy fat...avoid gassy veggies such as broccolli...avoid raw veggies, concentrate on steamed raw fruits (will help lose weight, high in fiber and will help u feel full longer)...lots of water about 1-2 liters a day.
for exercises...best to lower waistline is to concentrate on working side abs, obliques, will help in reducing waist line...running and walking on incline good for hips and stomach.

Diet Log Update
Weight is down to 118 Jan 2nd weight was 143 so total weight loss of 25 pounds in 3 1/2 months. Still about 9 pounds away from pre pregnancy weight goal is 109.
