PIZZA=gross
I had pizza yesterday after a year...and this morning feel like crap. Now i remember why i stay away from that stuff. White processed flour is so disgusting makes you feel like bloated and just NOT good. Also its all carbohydrates and no protein at all which makes you over eat. Pizza is my husbands favorite food and after yesterday I cant figure out why?!?!?

SODA SUCKS
I drank too much diet coke today and basically feel like crap!!!!! Ive decided no more diet sodas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update
I went to the gym today and actually burned 600 calories in 57 minutes which is pretty good. Also did some leg weights....inner and outer thigh at 105 pounds, leg presses while sitting at 55 pounds and calves at 40 pounds. I usually do weights before cardio so muscles can get working..if do weights after cardio it makes me bulky. If I do it this way I keep lean. Also after cardio I did 50 push ups and 60 triceps dips.
I am running now at 7 miles per hour with a 2.5 incline. Also doing precor machine for about 35-40 minutes or 400 calories whichever comes first.

diet
The MAD DIET
To me the MAD diet has become somewhat like the 2nd phase of the South Beach diet and also just a balance of healthy food that is required in our food guide pyramid. All my carbs that I am consuming during the day are good carbs. All the bread,rice, and pasta should be whole grains. I have eliminated all white processed foods from my diet. I do not eat white rice, white bread, or pasta. When I go out I prefer to eat whole wheat pasta if I feel like having it, however I do try to avoid pasta on my diet because it has too many carbs especially when you eat out because of the portion size. At home I can control it so sometimes I will eat the whole wheat pasta at home. I have included salad at dinner as well because it helps to fill you up so you do not over do it on the bread or rice.
I also have green tea twice a day as it boosts your metabolism and also helps with digestion.

To maintain my weight I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week. For the three times that I go I go on the precor machine for about 35 minutes and then the treadmill for about 20-25 minutes. I try to burn about a total of 600 calories. After the treadmill and the precor machine I do about 50 push ups (they are one leg push ups) and about 60 triceps dips. I stretch a little at the gym, but I do most of my stretching when I get home after doing my abs.
On the days I don't go to the gym I try to do my arms, some yoga, abs, and some stretching. For my arms I use 8 pound weights for my biceps and then 10 pound weights for my triceps. I feel I have to do something on the days I do not go to the gym even if its just some stretching and abs real quick if i don't have time. I try to make time though because it helps me feel better.
