Well it has been one year since my daughter was born and i have gone back to pre-pregnancy weight....it was really hard but very well worth it to feel fit and back to normal again!!! :) To maintain this weight will not be hard as my diet has changed for the better. Once in a while there will be some cheating, but overall i will be cutting out all processed white starches in my diet. The only thing I allow myself is an occasional piece of cake or ice cream now and then....gotta have some sugar :)
My goal next will be to get my husband on my track!!!!!!!
